Standard Operating Procedures

Per New York Real Property Law section 442-h, relating to Standardized Operating Procedures for Purchasers of Real Estate, Alpha Park Consulting, LLC has adopted the following Standard Operating Procedures.

Alpha Park Consulting, LLC does not require a prospective buyer to (i) show identification, (ii) sign an exclusive buyer-broker agreement or (iii) obtain a pre-approval for a mortgage loan.

Please note that although Alpha Park Consulting, LLC does not require a prospective buyer to (i) show identification or (ii) obtain a pre-approval for a mortgage loan, a third party including a managing agent, property owner, sponsor/developer or another listing agent may require this information prior to showing the property and/or prior to or as part of any purchase offer.

Alpha Park Consulting, LLC maintains copies of these Standard Operating Procedures in our office and are available upon request.
